Reschedule and Returns Policy

  1. ZombieFort ride ticket purchases can be made through the website / directly through the officer at the ticket counter.
  2. The daily ticket quota is 400 tickets.
  3. One ticket is only valid for 1 person.
  4. Tickets can only be used once during the validity period, which is 2 days after purchase.
  5. The ticket purchase system uses a quota (if the quota on the selected day runs out, you cannot make a purchase and will be advised to choose another day).
  6. Ticket payments can be made by Cash / Cash and QRIS.
  7. Ticket purchase is successful when the visitor has completed the payment and received confirmation via email / directly by the officer.
  8. ZombieFort ticket purchases that have been successful CANNOT be refunded (NON-REFUNABLE).
  9. If there is a case where the payment is declared failed by the system, while the credit card account has stated that a transaction has occurred, please contact us immediately to resolve the transaction.
  10. Schedule changes can be made for different days.
  11. The applicant for schedule change is the concerned visitor / one of the visitors whose data has been registered on the website and uses the applicant’s account.
  12. Schedule changes through the website can be made a maximum of 2 hours before the ZombieFort ride closes.
